Love my two Profishiency rod and reel combos. Super durability-I am really hard on
my sets. I should perform some preventative maintenance on my reels. One screw came loose on the bale , and it fell off while I was fishing. Called Emily in Customer Service for
the lost bale screw. What a friendly and, knowledgeable employee!!!!! I can see why she is a front-line asset. Thank you Emily and thank you Profishiency for my durable sets!
