Do you offer left‑retrieve baitcast reels?
Yes, left-hand retrieve is available on select models across our lineup. Pocket Combos and some recreational models are right-hand only.

Can I use my combo in saltwater?
Our products are mainly designed for freshwater use. However, with proper care and cleaning after each use, you can use them in saltwater environments as well. Be sure to rinse thoroughly with fresh water and dry completely to protect against corrosion.

Do you have replacement eyelets?
We recommend visiting a local rod & reel repair shop for eyelet or guide replacements so they can match and install the correct size.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on most orders over $70. Some restrictions apply. All orders under $70 have a flat rate of $7.99. Regardless of order size, all orders with extra-long, one-piece rods and combos will incur a $33 surcharge. We periodically run promotions. Follow our social channels or subscribe to our newsletter for the latest offers.

Why is shipping $33 for my one‑piece combo?
One‑piece rods ship in oversized packaging and require extra handling. Carriers apply a length surcharge, and this rate covers a portion of that added cost to ensure safe delivery.
