Warranty Claim

All Profishiency products are covered by a 1 Year Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty, ensuring that we will repair or replace any item that is defective in workmanship or materials within one year from the date of purchase by the consumer. The warranty covers all but the following:

1. Malfunctions or damage due to abuse, misuse, or accident.
2. Normal Wear and Tear
3. Malfunctions caused by inadequate repair or alterations not performed by ANYTHING POSSIBLE BRANDS
4. Reel cleaning or re-lubrication required due to owner’s failure to provide necessary maintenance
5. Abuse or misuse of product

ADDITIONAL EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty does not cover broken fishing line, lost lures, or other accessories that may be lost or damaged during fishing activities. This warranty also does not cover products purchased at clearance price due to missing parts in store. If you've purchased an item that's missing parts, please return it to the place of purchase.

Warranty Replacement will require a dated copy of your receipt/proof of purchase
