Chad Pipkens' Pre-Rigged Drop Shot Bait Kit

    Sale Price:$6.39 Regular Price:$7.99

The Pipken's Drop Shot Bait Kits come with seven 3-3/4 Dropshot Baits, two #2 Dropshot hooks, three 3/16oz teardrop lead weights and comes in colors: Green Pumpkin, Smoke Show, and White Pearl. Whether you are drop shotting for aggressive smallmouth or fishing deep for finicky largemouth, Pipkens’ 3.75” Drop Shot baits perfectly resembles smaller baitfish. The flat bottom design allows the bait to sit neutrally in the water and not roll on you for a natural horizontal presentation. The upper channel on top of the body helps keep the bait horizontal and allows for a better hook up ratio when the bait balls up on the hook. The bait features a vertical tail for life-like action and the perfect salt ratio that creates a neutral buoyancy. The thicker nose section allows for increased durability and multiple fish catches. Pipkens’ Drop Shot Bait is great for many other finesse techniques, Texas rigging, and its naturally horizontal design makes it perfect for using with forward facing sonar.

    • What are Perfection Lures, and what is inside the bait?

Perfection Lures is our soft-plastic and pre-rigged bait line, built with pro angler David Dudley to make proven techniques easy to fish. The plastics use a proprietary scent-and-texture formula that helps fish hold on longer after the bite; the exact recipe stays under wraps. Store them in their original packaging away from heat, and keep them clear of kids, pets, and other soft plastics they could react with.

    • Are Perfection Lures kits already rigged?

A lot of them are. The Pre-Rigged Kits line (Dudley's swimbaits, Ned rigs, Neko rigs, and wacky worms, plus Chad Pipkens' drop shot kit) comes tied and ready to fish. The Rig-It Your Way line gives you the baits plus hooks and weights to assemble yourself. Every package lists hook size, weight, and bait count, so you'll know exactly which kind you're holding.
